Its compact size helps you maneuver through tighter trails some larger ATVs would struggle with. Honda has equipped this two-wheel-drive workhorse with a specially designed 250--class 4 stroke engine, engineered for plenty of low-rpm torque and power. A direct drive 5 speed transmission (no belts no chains) efficiently delivers the power to the ground.  This model has a manual shift 5 speed transmission allowing you to select the perfect gear.  A solid rear axle provides sure footed traction, extreme durability and eliminates costly maintenance. Don't let the small size and low-price fool you, the Honda Recon is built to carry the load with it's shaft drive drivetrain with a solid rear axle, dual A Arms in the front suspension, and metal front and rear racks.
